Only HR, as the name suggests, provides HR consultancy services. They are involved in the entire employee-employer relationship from creating, managing to cultivating it. The logo must depict the same and hence, the use of a circle in the logo.

The circle and HR also make up the initials of the company which communicates effectively. The use of mustard and brown was an experiment for sure but it worked well and connected to the corporate world too.
